Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any Skolara service — including Mana Lab, CareTrack, ItinerarME, and any other application operated by Skolara LLC (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are
The Services are operated by Skolara LLC (“Skolara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at support@skolara.dev.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of the Services. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to them
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our written permission
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services (e.g., deck lists, client records, trip itineraries). By submitting content, you grant Skolara a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Skolara LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we determine to be harmful to other users or to Skolara. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@skolara.dev.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SKOLARA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKOLARA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SKOLARA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Nebraska.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
